Though I find all the light fixtures to be way too big, I like most of all the other stuff going on.
I really like the kitchen. Though I don't like vent hoods, I like this one even if it is REALLY big. And I like the 2 colours of the cabinets.
The floors are great in this space and I like that the stairs and bannisters are the same finish.
I wouldn't say I love the staging furniture, but for staging furniture, this is among the best. It's definitely better than the staging furniture that was at 355 Blythwood Road!
I'm pretty sure it isn't, but there is something about this house that reminds me of the $5,750,000 house at 50 Ardwold Gate in Casa Loma...
Which I forgot to mention has the same painting...

And at 101 Lonsdale Avenue in Deer Park...
And like Arwold Gate, this house is really big but doesn't have a very deep yard.
But I think this is more likely to fit a pool if you wanted one.
This house was listed at $4,099,000 ($1,651,000 less than Ardwold).
It sold in 6 days...
For $4,075,000.
Now, I just have to remember what listing it was that I saw this week that has a Paul Beliveau painting !!!!
