I first posted it in October but it has been listed since at least July.  The asking price was $3,699,000.

It's a good house if this is your style, but despite being 6,800 square feet, it is only 3 bedrooms. Actually, it is 3+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it sits on a 30 x 159 foot lot.

But $3.7!?!?!

I thought it would sell for $2,899,000....maybe $3,100,000.

It just sold...
