AND IT WENT FOR - 65 Seymour Avenue - THE POCKET

At the end of February, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on 20.71 x 100 foot lot at 65 Seymour Avenue in The Pocket.

It was listed at $998,000.

But according to a reader who had been to the open house, this house had been listed at $1,150,000 (though I can't find that listing).

Though the interior of the house isn't super exciting and feels a little unfinished, art and furniture could liven it up.

The only thing is....it backs onto the TTC rail yard.

Because of that, I thought this house would see another price drop.

And I thought it would sell closer to $875,000...maybe $895,000.

Turns out, it had already sold when I posted it...

For $###,###.

Ummmm...this is basically the backyard.
