I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 36.83 x 109.17 foot lot at 72 Belvedere Boulevard in the Kingsway in November.

Though I didn't really love the front of the house (what is that balcony for above the garage!?!), I did really like the interior.

And I loooooved this...

This house was listed at $2,490,000.

It is a great house inside but there is no formal living room.  I thought it would be a tough sell.

Three months later, this house has finally sold...

For $2,300,000.*

It was the butler's pantry.
