It is 5+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a 75 x 101.5 foot lot.

The first asking price was $1,899,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped a week later to $1,848,000.

I said that if it sold for $1,625,000, I would be shocked.  So, it's not a shock that there has been another price drop.

Because, thing is, this is one of the +2 bedrooms...

Umm...

And this is the '75 x 101.5 foot lot...

And the fireplace needs film to keep the cold air out...

So, yeah, the price is too high.

The new price is $1,799,000.
