2 days.

That's how long this 3+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 144 foot lot at 69 Heathdale Road in Humewood area just south of the Cedarvale ravine has been on the market.

It is down the street from the 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build at 18A Heathdale Road that sits on a 46 x 175 foot ravine lot.  That house was listed at $2,998,000 in the fall.  It hasn't sold and the price was dropped a month ago to $2,849,000.

This house was listed at $2,949,000.

So, it's kind of crazy that with just 3 above ground bedrooms that this house sold in only 2 days.

 2 days!!!

Was it the wine cellar?  Or the pool?  The gym?  Perhaps the his and hers closets?

Maybe it was the Joe Brennan design because....

$3 million for 3 bedrooms in Humewood!?!
