69A Harshaw Avenue - BABY POINT

This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 25 x 100 foot lot in Baby Point.

It used to look like this...

The new house is quite big.  It's bright, the rooms are all a good size, the kitchen is large (perhaps with an odd layout)  with huge floor to ceiling windows, the house overlooks a park....

I just feel like there are a lot of different woods happening throughout the house.  I don't love the backsplash or cabinet colour together with that wood, and I don't understand the dining room at the front instead of a larger table in the kitchen with a proper living room at the front.

And I am really not sure what this is all about...

But I do know that the second I saw that front door...

I thought of the door at the house at 71 Morningside Avenue in Swansea...

The house that still baffles me that it sold for $1,515,000.

That was 2 years ago.

This house is bigger, it makes more sense to me, and though it doesn't have a rooftop patio with a tv like 71 Morningside...

It does have a huge rooftop deck looking south over Lessard Park...

This house is listed at $1,749,000.  Baby Point might not be as in demand as Swansea, but it is picking up.

And though this house looks like it was done by the same builder as 71 Morningside, I like this one a lot more.

And if Morningside sold for $1,515,000(!?!?!?!?!)....

This one can sell for more.

I am just not sure it will sell as high as asking though I don't think it will be far off.

They should probably do something about that fence though.
