It's amazing.  

It has seen better days, but those floors!

And that kitchen!  If it weren't for the terrible oven placement, this kitchen would be perfect.  Something tells me that it isn't staying though.

This house is listed at $1,000,000.

Considering that the neighbour on a smaller 34 x 122.5 foot lot at 60 Madawaska just sold for $825,000....

I'm thinking this could get ask.

Maybe a little lower.
