This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on an 18.33 x 137.08 foot lot with one parking spot in Riverdale.

Though it is more than a move in ready house, there a few things I would want to change.

The outside looks great but I would want to change the blue.  Inside, it's bright and a good size but I am not loving that kitchen.  I suppose it could be updated with some paint and a new counter, or renovated to look like the kitchen in the house at 269 Bain Avenue...

But it more than works as is.

Upstairs, it's kind of an odd layout with that bed in the window by the fireplace and that kitchenette on the third floor.  What is that for?

But the house is a good size, it's on a large lot, it looks great from the street, and it's bright.

It's listed at $899,000.

Considering that the slightly smaller house (but with a bigger bathroom) at 179 Withrow Avenue sold for $920,000 in March of 2012...

And considering that the smaller house at 570 Logan Avenue just sold for $1,005,000...

I think this one is going over.

Probably closer to $965,000.
