Do you remember this house on a 37.5 x 150 foot lot at 51 Welland Avenue in Moore Park?

The house was fine, but considering all the new builds that were going up in the neighbourhood like this one at 163 Heath...

And this one at 234 Rose Park...

And considering the price was $1,095,000...

I didn't think this one was staying.
