AND IT WENT FOR - 222 Winnett Avenue - OAKWOOD/HUMEWOOD

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 15 x 80.91 foot lot at 222 Winnett Avenue.

It was listed at $279,000.

It was only 700 square feet, but at that price, and considering a smaller bungalow on a 12.5 foot lot at 229 Winnett Avenue had just sold for $365,000, I thought this house place could sell for $310,000.

It didn't.

This house just sold...
