When I first posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 143 foot lot at 249 Glenrose Avenue in Moore Park in January, I thought it was going to sell fast.

It was a little quirky but was a good house on a good street in a good family neighbourhood.

It was listed at $1,585,000.

Based on the pictures that I saw, I thought it would sell just under asking.

Then I saw more photos and changed my price to high $1.6s...maybe even $1,725,000.

It never sold.

It looks like a couple of weeks ago, it was brought back on the market at just under original ask at $1,579,000.

It sold just under original ask....
