Look at this house!!!

Think again.

This house is a flip.  And it looks like a flip.

It is a 6+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 100 x 581 foot lot.  It was first listed in October for $11,388,000.

And at first, I thought this was the kitchen....

I couldn't believe it until I realized there were no photos of the kitchen (or bathrooms) and this one was on the third floor. 

 But if they did this at all, what did the main floor kitchen look like!?!

Unfortunately, this house has been relisted with a new agent, and we can now see one of the bathrooms...

The new asking price is $8,800,000.

This is going to be a tough sell.
