This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 133 foot lot at 119 Albertus Avenue in Lytton Park.

It's located 4 blocks south of the house I posted earlier at 115 Glencairn Avenue.

That house was a gutter.  It was listed for $699,000.  It got 72 offers and sold for $1,366,000.  Apparently,  it was 'double ended' (I was going to attach a gif....), and the 'winning' offer also went to the selling agent's client.

That house needs a LOT of work, so at that price, it's either getting a huge addition and renovation or it is going to be torn down completely.  My guess is torn down.

This house, on the other hand, is completely move right in.  I don't loooove the kitchen as I find it pretty dark but the house is great.  It has high ceilings, it has a large family room, good sized bedrooms, a basement with what looks like a high ceiling, and the yard is good.

This house was listed at $1,495,000.

Glencairn is definitely getting torn down.
