This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 14.67 x 92.33 foot lot in Moss Park isn't going to be for everyone...
But I kind of love it!
It was designed by Lawrence Dodd of C& Partners Architects.
It doesn't look like the design is meant for a family, but I suppose it could work (but not with those railings!).
Though it is kind of odd, I am into those curved walls. I just can't figure out the purpose of the one in the bathroom that looks like it might close.
The open stairs also make a very narrow house not seem so narrow.
This house is listed at $999,000.
Apparently, there is lane parking, but I can't figure out how to get into the backyard, so maybe it just means the house is on a lane.
If this house doesn't have parking, I think it will sell right around asking.
If it does have parking, I think this house will sell closer to $1,029,000...maybe a bit more. It's a great house, just not currently in the best location.
