233 Snowdon Avenue - TEDDINGTON PARK

This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 125 foot lot with 3 parking spots in Teddington Park.

I can't tell if it is a new build or a rebuild, but either way, there are a few things I don't get. 

Like....why is there that sitting area at the front door!?!  If this was a new build, I just don't get it.  This could have been a great entrance space with a washroom where the door didn't open right to the living room.

And I find it very strange how the front door opens to the side.

I also don't understand why this was built with only 3 bedrooms.  This is a family friendly neighbourhood and I would assume the buyer for this area, for a house this size, would want more bedrooms.  

But I guess that 'hatha friendly attic space' could be another much smaller room without a closet.  Speaking of closets, ummm...

Overall, even though this house has a few issues, I like it.

If I could paint those orangey walls and the fireplace brick, I would love it.  Oh, and I would want this kitchen to have another stove.

The concrete floors are amazing, the light is amazing, the backyard is amazing.

And $2,149,000 for a done house in a great family neighbourhood?

Because of that 3 bedroom issue, I don't think it will sell right at ask but it will sell fast (regardless of those closet doors).

I'm thinking $2,099,000.  But if that 'hatha friendly attic space' can work as a bedroom, I am going with at least ask.

Maybe even $2,250,000.

P.S.  Good thing there are no phones in this video or all I would be thinking about was that the call was coming from inside the house.
