Though this house is fine, it could use some work. The first floor is bigger than 473 Dovercourt with a double living room that could become the living room and dining room, and the current dining room could be opened to the kitchen to make a larger kitchen with a family room area. Or just update the kitchen and move the family room into the dining room.
The bathroom needs updating and the light switch plates are making me think there might be electrical issues.
But with a new kitchen, bathroom (maybe another one on the first floor if you knock out that wall), this is a really good opportunity.

With $150,000, this could be just as good as the house up the road at 473 Dovercourt Road and it has parking (but a much shallower lot).
So, this isn't selling for asking.
Sure, it's on a busy street but so was the neighbour. And this house has a bigger living area. But the backyard is probably the size of a postage stamp and there is only one bathroom.
I'm thinking this will sell closer to $889,000.
Maybe $915,000 if the backyard isn't tiny.
