I first posted this house at 584 St Clements Avenue in Allenby two years ago tomorrow

It's a 4 bedroom, 4 bathoom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot.

And it was covered in paintings of Rosie Perez and Alan Cummings...

And Edie Falco...

Just to name a few.

Though it was a little dated, it was a move right in house, and I liked a lot about it.

It was listed at $1,599,000.

It's a good house, though perhaps a little boring without those paintings.  Nonetheless, I was shocked it never sold.

Well, a week ago, it was back on the market.  The asking price was $1,629,000.
