RELISTED/PRICE INCREASE - 10 Hawthorn Avenue - ROSEDALE
I first posted this house at 10 Hawthorn Avenue in South Rosedale in October 2012.
It is a 5+2 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 60 x 150 foot lot that looks like it has had a recent top-to-bottom renovation.
There are things about the reno that I am not crazy about like the tile in the bathrooms and the floor colour throughout the house, but as a whole, it is a good reno.
But this house was listed at $5,398,000.
Though this is a beautiful old house in Rosedale, this is not a $5.4 million house.
It never sold and the house has been relisted.
The asking price is now $5,500,000.
Hmm.
