This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 46 x 144 foot lot at 31 Whitney Avenue in North Rosedale.
And there is something about the outside that reminds me A LOT of this house at 89 Natal Avenue in Birchcliffe that just sold for $695,000...

But this house was listed a LOT higher than $700,000.
It used to look like this when it was listed a few years ago for (I think) about $1.8 million...
So...yeah.
I am not sure why they stucco'd it in that grey with the white trim. I really, really, really don't like it.
At all.
But if you are into updated traditional interiors, this is a beautiful house.
The asking price for this house was $3,495,000.
It sold in 3 days...
For $#,###,###.
So...yeah. I guess there were a few people out there who DID like that grey exterior!
