This is a 2+1 bedroom (really just 2), 4 bathroom condo with 4 underground parking spots in The Loretto at 385 Brunswick Avenue in the Annex.
It's located in what used to be the Loretto Abbey Day School that is now located at Yonge and Wilson.
It looks like this condo takes up at least half of the top right portion of this building which means it has amazing views of downtown.
Though I don't get the furniture in this condo at all (not to mention that freaking vase on the kitchen counter, why!?!), this is a great condo and could be amazing with the right furniture.
The second I saw that foyer, I immediately thought of the penthouse apartment in Le St. Regis in Montreal that I posted in January 2012.

In 2012, I thought the asking price for the Montreal condo was hefty, but not as hefty as it would be if it were located in Toronto.
Sure, the Montreal condo was more 'decorated', but this place could be just as amazing with different furniture, just a little different.
The Montreal condo was listed at $3,500,000.
This condo is listed at...
$3,295,000.
I think this place is amazing and it will sell fast...
I just don't get why your guests literally see your dirty laundry when they go to use the bathroom. That room needs another door.
