Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 15.75 x 7967.00 foot lot (they meant 79.67) at 829 Manning Avenue in Seaton Village.

It was gross.

And kind of Blair Witchy creepy.

It was listed at $639,900.

It was so gross, I thought there was no way it would go close to list.  Maybe $549,000...perhaps a little higher.

Well...it went close to ask.

This house just sold...
