AND IT WENT FOR - 128 Booth Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

At the end of May, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18 x 90 foot lot at 128 Booth Avenue in Leslieville.

It was a recent reno that wasn't going to be for everyone, but I liked it, especially the washrooms (though I wasn't loving the bathtub in the bedroom).

It was located beside the much more lively decorated house at 130 Booth Avenue that could use some work and sold for $571,000 two years ago.

This house was done top to bottom.

It was listed at $989,000.

I thought it would sell fast and closer to $1,050,000.

Well, it didn't sell fast, but regardless of being on the market for 3 weeks...

This house sold over asking...
