Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 35 x 106 foot lot at 271 Chaplin Crescent in Forest Hill/Chaplin Estates.

It wasn't the fanciest house, but there was something about it that I really liked.

And even though the lot depth wasn't super deep, it had a great backyard.

It was listed at $1,199,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,350,000.

It didn't.

This house just sold...

This was a good buy.
