AND IT WENT FOR - 5 Wellesley Cottages - CABBAGETOWN

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this amazing 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 136.75 foot lot at 5 Wellesley Cottages in Cabbagetown.

It looked tiny from the front, but it was deceivingly large on the inside.

And though I didn't love a lot of the light or furniture choices, this house was amazing as it was.

It was listed at $1,299,000.

I thought it could sell for $1,375,000.

It didn't.

This house sold...

For $1,545,000!!!
