AND IT WENT FOR - 66 Benson Avenue - WYCHWOOD

Three days ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 21.92 x 58 foot lot at 66 Benson Avenue.

It didn't have the best curb appeal, though it was better than before, and the lot wasn't huge...

But it was a good house with a bright basement income unit.

It was listed at $619,000.

I thought that if the driveway to the right of the house was part of this property, it would probably sell for $689,000.  If not, probably closer to $645,000.

Well, there is actually no parking for this house...

And as one reader pointed out, there seems to be a beam missing in the basement.

But that didn't stop this place from selling...
