This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 26.4 x 126 foot lot at 896 Dovercourt Road in Dovercourt Park.
If it looks familiar, it's because I posted it a 2 and a half years ago.
It was a flip and I compared the before and after...
Before the flip, and when the house was red, it was listed in May 2011 for $559,000.
After the flip in November 2011, it was listed at $833,100.
I am not sure what it sold for, but considering that it was listed over 2 years ago and the neighbourhood was still (and still is) seeing lots of fix ups, I thought it was a little high.
But someone bought, or so it seems.
Because it was listed last week for $899,000.
It sold in 3 days...
