This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 75 foot corner lot at 720 Palmerston Avenue.
It looks great from the street and I like the inside as well.
The kitchen could use an update, the basement isn't finished, and it kind of feels like a semi. But it is wide and it is bright. There are kind of weird closets all over the place but at least there is storage.
The listing doesn't say it has parking though it looks like someone tried to park on the side at one point. But it seems like there is a permanent fence there now...

And though it isn't a super wide lot, it is a corner lot (not always my favourite in most cases) giving it more space.
Something about the first floor reminds me of the Bickford Park house at 193 Beatrice Street. That house was bigger and had a finished basement. It was listed at $999,000. It sold for $950,000.
This house is listed at $859,900.
Even though the basement isn't finished, I think this will sell for at least ask.
Probably closer to $879,000. Perhaps more.
It just shows really well.
