RELIST/PRICE DROP - 102 and 104 Ulster Street - SOUTH ANNEX

A little over a year ago, I posted this listing at 102 and 104 Ulster Street.
Combined, the property sat on a 41.5 x 150 foot lot.
I was listed at $6,500,000.
This is what was going on out front when the Google car went by in 2011...
Seriously. $6.5 million!?!?!

At some point, the place was taken off the market. I seem to remember reading why somewhere* so I googled the address. I didn't find the reason why it had been taken off the market (besides the obvious that this is NOT a $6.5 million property!)...
But I did find this review from a renter in 2010...
From other tenants, the following things seem to be consistent across the board;
* The landlord is lazy and obnoxious to deal with, he WONT let you speak!
* He will call you 'Shortie' and 'Son' or 'Daughter' and never by your name, for some people this is damn right rude.
* He has walked in to peoples apartment, while their female/girlfriends have been exiting the shower naked.
* He has NO respect for privacy.
* He lies to take control of the conversation. in fact, he lies lies lies lies.
* He can't spell or read.
* NO 24 Hour notice, like agreement or landlord and tenant act.
Hey Daughter, I have no idea if any of that is true...
But these properties are now back on the market. The two addresses are now listed separately.
102 Ulster is listed at $2,990,000. 104 Ulster is listed at $2,499,000.
Combined are listed at $4,990,000.

*turns out I read in the comments of the original post! Here is what the commentor said...
Get this, it's now been condemned by the city. Huge sign posted to the fence on both the properties... I guess greed got the better of this one.
Not sure if that is true or not Son....but it did allegedly have bed bugs!
