It has recently been reno'd and a sh-t load of money was spent at IKEA to stage it.
The reno itself is good. The fridge opens the wrong way. And I think I would have put the sink under the window with the dishwasher where the fridge is (even if you can see it from the front door), and the frige where the dishwasher is.
And I am not loving the choice of tile in the bathrooms and basement, but the are fine.
Speaking of basement, there is also a rental unit with a separate entrance.
And there is a good yard.
This house was listed at $649,900.
It sold...
For $751,035.
Well, so much for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi in Corso Italia, like the one at 58 Earlscourt Avenue that was listed in Novemeber 2012, not being ready to go over $600,000!
That house was listed at $599,000. It sold for $600,000.
Then again, I did say if you were willing to hold onto that place for 5 years, it would be worth a LOT more money.
After this sale price, looks like you might not have to wait that long!
Or....
Maybe it was just the Pellegrino...
