Three days ago, the price was increased...
To $1,049,000.
This is a good house and considering that the house at 205 Grace Street in Bickford Park that was initially listed at $1,099,900, but finally sold for $899,900....
This house was underpriced.
But $1,049,000!?!
The view over the park is pretty great though!
