RELIST - 16 Givins Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS

A year ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 65.25 foot lot at 16 Givins Street.

It was the house with the wine glass on the front made out of brick...

It was also the house that looked like this 2 years early...

It was listed at $729,500.  That wasn't going to happen.

I thought we would see a few prices drops and that it would eventually sell around $625,000...maybe $635,000.

Then, in September, a house at 3 Givins Street that was showed better even without a reno sold for $669,000.

So, was this house going to go for less than $625,000?

Well, it never sold.

It's back on the market...

For $699,900.
