It's a charming house both inside and out.

It doesn't look very big in the pictures, but according to the listing, the master has an ensuite, there is a bathroom on the 3rd floor (I think, but then what washroom does the other second floor bedroom use), and there is an income unit in the basement.

Oh....and a pool.

And a putting green.

I know...  

That's a bit weird.

That might make it difficult to sell this place.  Either it is amazing, or it's not.

And considering that the house is on a busy street, the kitchen is dated, the roof looks like it needs repair sooner than later, the doors on the second floor have condensation on them, and the house won't look the same once all this well thought out furniture is gone...

I think it might be hard to get the asking price of $749,900.

Then again, there is that income unit in the basement.

I think this will sell closer to $789,000.
