Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18 x 100.5 foot lot at 32 Vermont Avenue in Seaton Village.

It was a bright, move in ready house with a large kitchen and master bathroom with a fireplace.

It was listed at $1,099,000.

Though the second floor wasn't as new as the first floor, I thought this house was selling over.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,185,000.

It didn't.

This house just sold...

For $1,070,000.
