AND IT WENT FOR - 99 Alberta Avenue - WYCHWOOD

At the beginning of September, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 24.83 x 107.58 foot lot at 99 Alberta Avenue in Wychwood.

It was a very welcoming house, except the front porch looked like it had issues.

The bathrooms could use some updating as well as some of the windows, but overall, it was a good looking house.

It was listed at $749,000.

I thought that was too low and that it would sell closer to $849,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $719,000.

Hmmm...perhaps that porch issue was more of a problem than I thought!

Regardless....

It just sold...

For $715,000.
