It wasn't a huge house and that +1 bedroom is more like a tiny loft, but the location is good if you like Yorkville.
And if you like red, you would love the kitchen!
It was listed at $699,000.
I am not sure if it ever sold, but it is on the market again. This time, without furniture.
The new asking price is $775,000.
