Then this is a great house.
It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.08 x 96 foot lot at 54 Dupont Street. So, not only does it back onto the train tracks. It is also on busy Dupont.
But, as I mentioned, I like it.
And when I first posted it in June, it was listed at $1,795,000. I thought that regardless of the location, it would sell closet to $1,835,000.
Annnnnd.....it's back on the market.
It was relisted a couple of weeks ago. The asking price was $1,795,000.
It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped...
To $1,739,000.
I'm not sure what's going on, but these people want to sell.
And I'm think that if they want to get higher than $1,699,000...
The should get some better stagin furniture.
