This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 69 foot lot at 5 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.

When I first saw the inside, there was something very familiar about it.  I couldn't put my finger on it until I saw these paintings...

 I thought they were really similar to this painting*...

From 205 Yarmouth Road in Christie Pits and then I realized they have a similar layout and feel. 

That house was listed in April 2012 for $599,900.  It sold for $671,256.

This house doesn't have a finished basement, but there is a third floor family room.  And it just feels bigger.  Not to mention, though not super far away from one another, this is in a better location.

It was listed at $879,000.

It sold...

For $991,000.

P.S. Looks like the mailbox at this house...

Seems to be the mailbox of choice these days.
