This house used to look like this...
Annnnd... it looks like we have some new flippers!
I am not sure of the name of the builder's of this 4+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom, '9 level' new build on a 50 x 135 foot lot in the Cricket Club area...
But it isn't the first one they have done.
In March, I posted a 4+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 50 x 122 foot lot at 102 Joicey Boulevard a few streets south from this house...
And aside from stone choices, this is basically the same house.
But I don't think that one had a movie theatre like this one...
It was listed at $4,299,000.
It eventually sold for $3,850,000.
This house is listed at $4,498,000.
Price drop? Probably.
