Is it hard to remove siding from a house?
I have no idea what is involved with that, but I bet if the windows were made larger and the siding was gone from this 6 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 25 x 93 foot lot in Dovercourt Park, this place could be pretty great.
It is heated by oil and clearly needs a lot of work, but it is in a hot location and with a park so close by, doing an addition which would make the backyard a little smaller wouldn't be so terrible.
This house is listed at $649,000.
If you are looking in Dovercourt Park, are you buying this place or the semi at 281 Delaware Avenue that is listed at $819,900?
Unless there is anything structurally wrong with this place, this is a detached house on a 25 fot lot. It will sell fast and over ask.
Probably closer to $775,000.
