According to the listing for this detached 'Cabbagetown cottage' at 298 Sackville Street, this is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house.

Really, it's 1+1 bedroom. 2 bathroom house with a 2 bedroom basement apartment with one bathroom.*

But if you are single or a couple, this is a great house.

There is something about it that is giving me a Michael Angus of Angus and Company feel to it.

The busts...

 The flowers in large urns...

There is more beige than I would have expected.
