The first thing I thought of when I saw it was this...
The outside is painted 'The Incredible Hulk' green...

It sold in May for $1,400,000.
This house that is basically the same minus a 'coach house' and kitchen pool is listed at...
$849,000.
So...
Either they are looking for a bidding war...
Or they just picked a number out of a hat.
