It's a great, old house.  It has a lot of original features that would be a shame to lose, but that second floor has a really odd layout.  Is that 2 bathroom's side by side in the hallway?

And what is that 3rd floor apartment?  It looks like the access is through the second floor so not very private.  Or it's just a massive guest suite.

Currently the basement is set up as an office, but I think that is an exhaust fan above the desk...

 So perhaps there is plumbing in there for a kitchen.

There is no reason this house won't sell for $1,850,000...perhaps more.
