AND IT WENT FOR - 141 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
Two days ago, I posted this row house on a 13.85 x 138 foot lot at 141 Beaconsfield in Beaconsfield Village.
The first thing I said about it was...
I really like this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
It had unpainted trim which I am not really into but like it here, and though I don't normally love it, I was into the stained glass in this house.
And it showed REALLY well.
It was listed at $959,000.
I thought, based on the prices of the similar sized houses at 24 Afton Avenue and 349 Euclid Avenue of $761,000 and $770,000 that this house might be a bit pricey.
I thought it would sell face but maybe closer to $915,000...maybe a bit higher.
It did sell fast and a little higher than $915,000.
This house row house sold...
For $1,022,000.
Too bad it doesn't come with the furniture.
