Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 16.12 x 80 foot lot at 22 Belmont Street.

It was a flip that used to look like this...

It sold in March for $985,999.

Six months later, it was back on the market for $1,289,000.

Considering the house down the street at 32 Belmont Street sold for $1,275,000 in March, I thought this would sell over ask, and probably close to $1,310,000.

The day after I posted it, they increased the price to $1,399,000

It took almost 2 weeks, but this house just sold...

For $1,327,900.
