I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 180 foot lot at 243 Russell Hill Road in South Hill at the end of September.

It was a really good house that had undergone a recent renovation.  But it had been on the market already a year ago for $3,799,000.

Though it is a nice house, it isn't a $3.8 house.

It never sold and the house was relisted in July at a drop to $3,499,000.  When I posted it in September, it was clearly still a little high and I thought it would sell closer to $3.3.

A week after I posted it, the house had a price drop to $3,399,000.

I thought that was closer but still a little high.

It just sold after 95 days on the market...

For $3,200,000.
