AND IT WENT FOR - 373 Shaw Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Last week, I posted this Incredible Hulk house at 373 Shaw Street in Little Italy/Trinit-Bellwoods.
It was a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.42 x 127 foot lot...
And it was located beside the house at 375 Shaw Street that had the pool in the middle of the kitchen...
That house was listed at $1,200,000. It sold in May for $1,400,000.
This house was listed at $849,000.
When I posted it, I said that the asking price was either an attempt at a bidding war, or just a number they picked out of the hat becuase it was so much lower than the sold price of the neighbour.
One thing I didn't notice when I posted it was that this house is a semi and that house was detached. And it was on a bigger 23.5 x 127 foot lot. Plus, as I mentioned, it had a 'coach' house.
But a $551,000 difference!?! I thought that was nuts.
This house just sold...
For $940,000.
Or $460,000 less than the neighbour.
That pool must be pretty amazing in person!!!
