Lived in while in Toronto filming Pixels this summer is for lease again!
It's a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 30 x 149 foot lot with parking for 2 cars.
I first posted it in January 2013 when it was for lease for $17,500/month.
By at least June 2014, Sandler and Dinklage had moved in.
According to a reader, it had rented out for $34,000/month. But my guess is that it was for 62 and 64 Hazelton as Adam Sandler was spotted sitting in front of 64 Hazelton.
And now that production of that movie is now over in Toronto, 62 Hazelton Avenue is back on the market.
For $26,000/month.
