In August, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 100.15 x 50 foot lot at 183 Confederation Drive in Scarborough.

It was a house that I had previously posted 2 years earlier when it was listed for $469,000.

It's a bungalow that was designed by Harry B. Kohl, the architect behind the old 401 service stations...

And the 'T' house at 2000 Strathallen Woods in Barrie...

In 2012, this house sold for $475,000.

It was back on the market this July for $619,000.  I posted it in August when the price had been dropped to $599,000.

I thought it would see another drop.  It has.

The new asking price is...

$539,000.

They want to sell.
