In August, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 35 x 74 foot lot at 7 Allen Avenue just north of Dundas and east of Broadview.

And............

It was listed at $1,195,000,

Obviously, they weren't selling the house, just the land.  But still.

There was no way this was selling for $1.2 million.

And it didn't.  As of earlier this week, this house has had a price drop...

To $895,000.

That's a bit better...but probably still too high.
